Portalfish are a species of massive, floating fish-like creatures, moderately resembling a large anglerfish without teeth. Inside their massive, toothless mouth is a semitransparent goop which reflects a destination in another plane. It is believed that the destination one sees in the mouth of a portalfish is the most pressing place for that person to visit at the moment, making portalfish a critically important feature of the Realm, allowing Campers to head back out into the physical world.
