Privacy is an absolute top priority in the Astral Campgrounds. Your data is yours, and what you do with your time online is your business.
This document will refer to "Admin Staff". Currently, that is only Endeavorance. You will receive ample notice via Discord announcements before any new human is added to the Admin Staff.
All data on all services at Astral.Camp and other Astral.Camp properties (Wiki, Prose, etc, excluding Discord) is stored in servers managed by Endeavorance on behalf of the Astral Campgrounds. This data is stored using a cloud hosting provider.
Data stored in the Camp Cloud is saved to an encrypted disk. However, Admin Staff can access these files. It is the strict policy of the Astral Campgrounds to never access Camper files outside of a direct request from the Camper themselves in case of a major issue or emergency. Regardless, if you would like to store sensitive data in the Camp Cloud, it is highly encouraged that you use a secondary encryption tool before storing the files.
All data which you provide to the Astral Campgrounds services is yours and yours alone. It will not be used for any purposes beyond the services normal functions.

You are not tracked at the Astral Campgrounds. What you are doing is your business.
All Camp Services lack general purpose tracking. That said, there are a few things you should know about which may constitute "tracking" to some degree:
/ghost usage for moderation purposes. If your ghost message is looked up by a moderator, you will receive an automated notification.The only situations where your actions result in data being recorded are to allow the services to work as expected.
