Carps of average size with the head of a tiger. These fish can summon rain and communicate with people. It is theorized that they have the ability to bring on a hurricane, but this has never been proven. They can be found in the Astral river or pond, consuming wild fish, fish eggs, and other unfortunate small creatures that come near them.
