Ingredients:
1lb ground beef (uncooked)
1 cup cooked rice
1 Lg Egg
1 sm-med diced onion
1 med or 2 sm shreaded carrots
1 can mushroom diced (optional)
Tbsp garlic Salt, pepper, thyme
10-12 whole leaves cabbage
2 cups beef broth
Steps:
Boil cabbage leaves until soft (plain water)
Combine all ingredients (not including cabbage and broth)
Roll filling in leaves like a burrito
Put rolls in high walled baking dish, add broth
350F baked 1.5 hours.
