Great snack for football season and really any time!
Ingredients:
1 package oyster/soup crackers
1 package of powdered ranch dressing mix
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
1 teaspoon dill weed
1 teaspoon garlic powder
3/4 cup of vegetable oil (I usually do half vegetable oil and half olive oil for the flavor)
Mix seasonings into the oil, whisk to make sure it is mixed well.
Pour over crackers in a large bowl and mix until everything is coated.
Put crackers on large cookie sheet.
Optional: Sprinkle with Cajun seasoning or mix in a teaspoon of hot sauce to make them spicy!
Bake @ 200F for 15 minutes.
When they come out of the oven, give them a good mix because some of the oil and seasonings will have settled to the bottom.
