Quick Scratch Cookies

200g plain flour (or all purp)

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

150g brown sugar

115g granulated sugar (I used monk fruit substitute to lessen calories)

110g melted butter

1 egg

1tsp vanilla

200 grams chips (I used 100/100 white chips and toffee bits)

Method:

Cream sugar and butter together.

Mix in egg and vanilla.

Add dry ingredients.

Fold in chips to mixed dough.

15g dough balls

350°F (190-170C) for 5-8 minutes.
