Ingredients:

2-4 Tablespoons Butter

2 Tablespoons Flour (more may be required)

1 Cup Milk (more or less)

2-3 Cups Shredded Cheese (possibly more)

Seasoning (optional) Paprika, Garlic Salt, Salt, and Pepper

Choice of Noodles (prepared)

Sauce:

First put 2-4 tablespoons of butter into a heated pan on medium low heat, then put about two tablespoons of flour into the pan. Mix until it is as combined as you can get it. Flour may be added if needed, or you can use less if you want it more liquid-y.

Next, add around a cup of milk, once again this can be changed, and mix it with the butter and flour until combined.

Then, add cheese. I usually add a entire small bag of tilamook for three. I would recommend the per-shredded Mexican blend, but use what you like or have, this is just a preference. Add a lot of cheese and then stir until fully mixed.

Next, add seasonings. I recommend paprika, garlic salt, salt, and pepper, but any seasoning you like can be added.

Noodles:

Salt water in a pot and bring it to a boil. Add your noodles. Boil however many noodles you need. I would recommend one cup for one person as a single meal.

Next add the noodles to your cheese sauce and plate.
