Ingredients:

1 pound loose sausage

1/3 cup flour

3 cups whole milk

Instructions:

1: Pull apart the sausage and brown in a large pan on medium heat. Do not drain.

  1. Slowly mix in flour with the sausage until absorbed.
  2. Add milk to the pan, reduce heat to medium/low and stir until it’s gravy time. (it takes a bit but it gets there!)
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste.
