Ingredients:

Cucumber

3 Tablespoons Sugar

Dressing:

1 Tablespoon Garlic

½ Teaspoon Chili Pepper

2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce

4 Tablespoons Rice Vinegar

½ Tablespoon Sesame Oil

Pinch of Salt

Thinly slice the cucumber but not all the way through.

{I recommend putting some chopsticks under it so you don’t accidentally cut all the way through}

Once it is cut, turn it upside down and cut at a 45 degree angle {or just at an angle} then put it in a bowl.

Marinate with 3 tbsp of sugar and then put plastic wrap or just something on top and let sit for an hour

{You can drink the cucumber water}

Once it’s done marinating put in 1tbsp of garlic, 1/2 tsp of chill pepper, 2 tbsp of soy sauce, 4 tbsp of rice vinegar, 1/2 tbsp of sesame oil and a pinch of salt.

Mix well and then keep in the fridge for 20 minutes or overnight.
